Building Resilient Pathways
Our services address reentry from incarceration, homelessness, substance use, and mental health challenges through three integrated areas: Reentry Services (15% allocation), Recovery-Focused Housing (67% allocation), and Transportation Services (5% time, 4% expenses). Funded by government grants, foundation grants, donations, program fees, and in-kind support, we promote dignity, empowerment, and long-term transformation.
Re-entry Services
Empower Pathways: Our Re-entry Services program supports individuals transitioning back into society from incarceration. We provide comprehensive assistance, including one-on-one counseling, legal aid, and workshops on life skills aimed at facilitating a smooth and sustainable reintegration. Our goal is to reduce recidivism by empowering individuals with the tools they need to rebuild their lives, reconnect with their communities, and navigate the challenges of re-entry with dignity and support. Impact: Promotes successful reintegration by breaking systemic barriers. Allocation: 15% of total time and expenses. Funding: Government and foundation grants, donations, in-kind partner support.
Substance Abuse Services
Renewal Journey Program: Our Renewal Journey Program provides compassionate and evidence-based substance abuse treatment and recovery support services. Tailored to meet individual needs, our approach includes counseling, peer support groups, and relapse prevention education. We're dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, offering hope, and building a foundation for a substance-free life. Impact: Creates stable foundations for sustained recovery and personal growth.
Housing Assistance & Transportation
Safe Foundations Program: Understanding the critical role of stable housing in successful community reintegration, our Safe Foundations Program offers temporary to permanent housing solutions for individuals and families in need. By partnering with local housing authorities and organizations, we ensure access to safe, affordable, and supportive living environments.
Journey Access Program: Mobility is a fundamental need for successful reintegration and access to essential services. The Journey Access Program provides reliable transportation solutions for individuals participating in our programs, ensuring they can attend job interviews, training sessions, medical appointments, and more without the barrier of transportation.
Vocational Education
Skills Forward Initiative: Our Skills Forward Initiative focuses on equipping individuals with the job readiness and vocational skills necessary for meaningful employment and self-sufficiency. We offer specialized training programs in high-demand fields such as Customer Service, Welding (hands-on training in modern techniques, safety protocols, and certifications for manufacturing and construction), Construction (comprehensive training covering fundamentals, safety standards, and sustainable building practices), Computer Repair (skills development in hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and network maintenance), and Agriculture/Farmer Training (practical training in sustainable farming practices, crop management, and agribusiness).
